Debit processing will be available to all healthcare practioners, as well. PASHealth’s bankcard relationships provide authorization, capture, and reporting on non-bank cards. However, settlement for non-bank cards is delivered directly from the individual card organizations. The PASHealth System currently supports these services for the following non-bank cards: American Express, Discover, Diners, and JCB.

CHECK SERVICES

PASHealth System offers healthcare providers the ability to accept checks, without the fear of having them returned. Check conversion/guarantee service allows the healthcare provider to accept checks through an imager, which is attached to the PASHealth Terminal. By having this service and the other self-pay receivable management products of the PASHealth Terminal, the healthcare provider additionally allows himself to increase cash flow, reduce bad debt, and reduce overhead expenditures pertaining to the patient’s portion of the bill.
